Deleting your data

How to remove the data LaLista holds about you, including anything obtained through your connected Meta account.

What we hold

When you connect a Meta account, LaLista stores an access token and the identifiers of the assets you chose to share — your ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account and product catalog. We also store the advertising campaigns we create on your behalf and the performance figures we retrieve for them. We do not store your Facebook password, your friends, your messages, or any personal content from your profile.

Deleting it yourself

In LaLista, open Settings → Integrations and choose Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored access token and every asset identifier we hold for your Meta connection, and it stops LaLista from making any further calls to Meta on your behalf.

Meta keeps its own record of the partner relationship until you remove it there too. To complete the removal, go to Meta Business Settings → Partners and remove LaLista.

What disconnecting does not remove

Disconnecting does not delete the advertising campaigns already created in your Meta ad account — those belong to your ad account and remain under your control in Meta Ads Manager. It also does not delete the historical records LaLista keeps for billing and accounting, such as which campaigns ran and what was spent. We are required to retain those for as long as tax and accounting law demands.

Requesting full deletion

To have your account and all remaining personal data erased, email support@lalista.io from the address associated with your account and ask for deletion. We will confirm the request, delete everything we are not legally required to keep, and tell you what was retained and why. We aim to complete this within 30 days.
